Louis Lyles
About
Louis Lyles is a licensed Psychometrist in the state of Maryland, credentialed by the Maryland Board of Examiners. He earned his master’s degree in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America and has dedicated his career to psychological testing and assessment.
Louis’s current areas of interest include executive function–related disorders, such as ADHD and other attention difficulties, as well as psychopharmacology and how medication can impact cognitive and emotional functioning. As an active member of the National Association of Psychometrists, Louis is committed to advancing the field and staying engaged with ongoing research and professional development.
Outside of his professional work, Louis enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.

Evaluates focus, impulse control, organization, and flexible thinking—skills often affected in ADHD.
Visual-Spatial and Motor Skills
Evaluates the ability to perceive, interpret, and organize visual information, as well as fine motor coordination.
Memory and Learning
Assesses short-term, long-term, and working memory capabilities (e.g., how well someone can retain, retrieve, and use new information).
