Dr. Fleischer is a Certified School Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. She received her doctorate from Penn State University. Dr. Fleischer has worked extensively with early childhood populations. She specializes in early detection of autism spectrum disorders.
Ms. Douglas earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in 1998.During her graduate school career, she completed a two-semester teaching assistantship in masters and doctoral Psychodiagnostics and became interested in neuropsychological assessment, brain injuries, learning disorders, and medical psychology.
Gina M. Loskot, M.S. earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University in 2011. While completing an internship that utilized psychological assessment to attempt to predict recidivism and treatment success rates of individuals on probation and parole, Gina developed a strong interest in the use and development of these tests.
Amy Vargas M.A.
Ms. Vargas earned her master’s degree and C.A.S. in School Psychology from Towson University in 2017. While carrying out the various roles of a school psychologist, she became particularly interested in psychological testing and assessing diverse learning needs. She has also worked with children with autism and other special needs, both in schools delivering ABA services and in home and office sessions as a behavior therapist.

Demetria L. Riddlespurger earned her Bachelor’s degree from Towson University in 2010. Demetria has been with the practice since September 2015. She is available for scheduling needs, including intake registration, telephone conference appointments, and all correspondence necessary for forensic cases. Demetria manages the office functions as well as assists in the marketing for NeuroBehavioral Associates.
