Our team includes neuropsychologists, certified school psychologists, and developmental psychologists with training in pediatric, adolescent and adult populations. Our team also includes master’s prepared Registered Psychological Associates who perform test administration and scoring.

Vincent P. Culotta
Ph.D., ABN
Dr. Culotta is a Board-Certified Neuropsychologist and founder of NeuroBehavioral Associates in Columbia, MD, where he and his team have served children, adolescents, and adults for over 25 years. His expertise includes ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning disabilities, and neurologic conditions. An active presenter and trainer, Dr. Culotta also serves on the Autism Society of Maryland board and supervises doctoral trainees. He and his wife, Cheryl, enjoy local sports, the beach, and time with their two grandchildren.
Kirk M. Griffith
Ph.D., MBA
Dr. Griffith is a licensed psychologist with over 40 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience. He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of South Florida and an MBA in health services management from Duke University. For the past 25 years, he has practiced as a neuropsychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults. His interests include autism, ADHD, and learning challenges. He and his wife enjoy sailing, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Melissa C. Blackwell
Psy.D.
Dr. Blackwell is a Licensed Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She has provided neuropsychological services in outpatient, hospital, and forensic settings, including Children’s National Medical Center and Kennedy Krieger Institute. Practicing at NeuroBehavioral Associates, since 2013, she specializes in comprehensive assessments to help understand a person’s strengths and challenges. Her clinical interests include ADHD, anxiety, ASD, and brain injuries. Dr. Blackwell lives in Howard County with her husband and son and serves on the Camp Attaway board.
Andrea H. Fleischer
Ph. D.
Dr. Andrea Fleischer has been a School Psychologist with Baltimore County Public Schools for 28 years and an Associate at Neurobehavioral Associates since 2015. She specializes in assessing and supporting children from birth to age five, as well as those with developmental delays, ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Fleischer and her husband, Karl—also a psychologist—have lived in Maryland for 30 years and enjoy biking, traveling, sports, and time with their two daughters.
Meghan Jorgenson
Psy.D.
Dr. Meghan Jorgenson is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist who provides evaluations for children, teens, and adults. She helps families understand concerns such as ADHD, learning differences, and autism while focusing on each individual’s strengths and practical support strategies. Before joining NeuroBehavioral Associates, she worked in private practice and academic medical settings, including NYU Langone Health. Dr. Jorgenson lives in Baltimore County with her husband and two daughters and enjoys running, traveling, and time outdoors.
Susan M. Douglas
M.S.
Susan Douglas, M.S., is the Lead Psychometrist at NeuroBehavioral Associates, where she has worked for over 20 years. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience evaluating cognitive, academic, and behavioral concerns across the lifespan. Her areas of interest include autism, learning differences, executive functioning, and brain injury. Susan also leads training programs for psychometrists and students and is active in AACN, NAN, MPA, and NAP professional organizations.
Gina M. Loskot
M.S.
Gina Loskot is a Registered Psychology Associate in Maryland with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. An experienced psychometrist, she is committed to creating a collaborative, supportive testing environment for clients of all ages, with a special interest in attention and memory concerns. Outside of work, Gina enjoys baking, reading, and exploring national parks through hiking adventures with her husband and young son.
Tracey Brown
M.A., Licensed Psychometrist
Tracey Brown is a licensed psychometrist in Maryland, certified by the Board of Certified Psychometrists. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s in Developmental Psychology from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a master’s in Clinical Psychology from George Mason University. Tracey works with clients of all ages, focusing on executive dysfunction, memory, and effects of head injuries, while creating a supportive environment. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her two children.
Jillian D. Bradby
Office Manager
Jillian D. Bradby earned her Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting from Catonsville Community College in 2018. She previously worked for the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins, gaining extensive experience in healthcare administration. As Office Administrator at NeuroBehavioral Associates, Jillian ensures smooth daily operations and provides excellent client service. She enjoys connecting with clients, supporting her team, and creating a positive office environment. In her free time, she loves painting and spending time with her family and three chihuahuas.
Louis Lyles
M.A., Psychometrist
Louis Lyles is a licensed Psychometrist in Maryland, credentialed by the Maryland Board of Examiners. He earned his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The Catholic University of America and specializes in psychological testing and assessment. His interests include executive function disorders such as ADHD and the effects of medication on cognition and emotion. An active member of the National Association of Psychometrists, Louis values ongoing learning. He enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.

Teresa Sanders
Accountant
Teresa Sanders has over 35 years of experience in accounting, including public accounting, private sector roles as Controller and CFO, and owning her own businesses. She has worked with NeuroBehavioral Associates since its founding in 1999, applying her expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and technology integration to support the organization’s growth. Teresa lives with her husband and their dog, Nigel, and enjoys traveling, art, cooking, and spending time with her son and family in New Jersey.
Nicole Agostino
Transcriptionist
Nicole’s career began as a Radiologic Technologist. She later transitioned into medical billing and transcription, which provided the flexibility to work from home after her children were born. She started working with NBA in 2009 and has been with them ever since. After leaving Maryland in 2021, she relocated to South Carolina, where she enjoys spending as much time as possible at the beach.
