She studied at the University of Maryland and Immaculata University and is recognized for her steady and warm communication style, thoughtful problem-solving approach, and commitment to compassionate service. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys pilates, caring for her plants, creative projects, and spending time with her family and pets, Messi and Frank.
