Andrea H. Fleischer Ph. D.
About
Dr. Andrea Fleischer has worked as a School Psychologist for the Baltimore County
Public Schools for 28 years. She has also worked as an Associate at Neurobehavioral
Associates since 2015. Dr Fleischer has extensive experience working with children in
the birth to 5 age group, children with Developmental Delays, young children on the
Autism Spectrum, as well as with School-aged children with ADHD, Learning
Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Social/Emotional/Behavioral challenges.
Dr Fleischer has expertise in the assessment process and works closely with families to
develop home plans and to access services in the community and schools.
Dr. Fleischer and her husband, Karl, also a Psychologist, have lived in Maryland for 30
years. They have two daughters, both of whom work in healthcare-related professions.
They enjoy watching sports, riding bikes, traveling, and time with family.
