Meghan Jorgenson
Psy.D.
Dr. Jorgenson is a licensed psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist. She graduated from Widener University’s clinical psychology doctoral program in 2015, with concentrations in neuropsychology and school psychology. Dr. Jorgenson then completed her postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the Child Study Center at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone. After her fellowship, she remained at the Child Study Center and joined NYU’s Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as an Assistant Clinical Professor. In addition to her clinical work there, she was actively involved in the supervision of psychology and psychiatry trainees at various levels, and co-led the program’s pediatric neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship training program. She has also worked in private practice.
Dr. Jorgenson has over a decade of clinical experience conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, with particular interest in neurodevelopmental conditions including ADHD, learning disorders, ASD, and other developmental delays. Through her evaluations, she helps parents, school teams, and treatment providers better understand the individual’s pattern of strengths and needs, and how to best support his or her optimal educational and social-emotional success.
